Refund Policy

Thank you for using Dispatched. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for Dispatched.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments, billing, and refunds for Dispatched are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. When you purchase Dispatched, Paddle processes your payment and manages your subscription. This means Paddle — not Christian Skorobogatow — is the seller of record for all transactions.

Subscription Plans

Dispatched offers two subscription options:

  • Monthly at $6.99/month
  • Annual at $49.99/year (includes a 30-day free trial)

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel:

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method.
  • You retain access to Dispatched for the remainder of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

No Partial Refunds

If you cancel partway through a monthly or annual billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion. Your access simply continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Free Trial

The annual plan includes a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you decide Dispatched isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends through the Paddle customer portal and you won't be billed.

If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual plan.

Lifetime Purchase

Dispatched offers a one-time lifetime purchase at $149.99. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Since Paddle handles all billing and payments, refund requests should be directed to Paddle's support team:

  1. Visit the Paddle customer portal.
  2. Locate your Dispatched purchase or subscription.
  3. Follow the instructions to submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly.

Paddle will review your request and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
